Welcome to Indian Blues, an adventure in taste and culture from the vast subcontinent of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Located in the heart of Chesterfield, we have been serving customers for over 10 years.
Guided by owner and Head Chef Murad, we have crafted a menu to cater for all tastes using age old recipes and culinary expertise to ensure a perfect dining experience each and every time. Chef Murad’s goal is to create a restaurant that celebrates foods from the Indian subcontinent and customises it in a way that diners with varying tastes will relate to.
We use only the freshest ingredients and cook to the highest standards to ensure your meal is delicious and always consistent.
Our service staff are friendly and attentive, aiming to ensure that your visit will make a lasting impression. If you have any queries about your meal, they will be at hand at all times to help you.
Due to our popularity during busy hours, we do recommend you reserve your table by calling the restaurant. We especially recommend making reservations if you wish to visit on Friday or Saturday.

Road Directions
Indian Blues is in Chesterfield town centre. It has no car park so directions below are to nearest car park. From North/South Leave M1 at junction 29 and follow A617 to Chesterfield (approx 4 miles). At roundabout select middle lane and take 3rd exit. At next roundabout select right lane and take 2nd exit (Lordsmill Street). Keep in right hand lane and go straight on through traffic lights and round back of 'Crooked Spire' Church. Select right hand lane and go straight on at 1st and 2nd set of traffic lights, approaching large roundabout with car park in middle (Holywell Cross). Keep to right hand lane and turn right into car park. From East Follow A617 to junction with M1 motorway, then follow route from North/South. From West Follow A619 to Chesterfield. At traffic light controlled roundabout (Matalan) select middle lane and take 3rd exit. Keep in left lane and, at traffic lights, go straight on. At next roundabout select left lane and take 1st exit (Lordsmill Street), move into right hand lane then follow route from North/South.
