There’s so much to see and do in Chesterfield Area that sometimes you just don’t know where to start.
To help you, we’ve come up with some things you really shouldn’t miss, things that offer a fantastic visitor experience that you’ve maybe not thought of, and some great days out when you can leave the car behind.
Let’s look at the top attractions that you just have to see. Chatsworth, the ‘Palace of the Peak’. Renishaw Hall with its beautiful gardens. Hardwick Hall, Elizabethan down to its foundation stones. Get involved when you visit. Become a character who worked at Barrow Hill Roundhouse Railway Centre. Go on a tour of Brampton Brewery, and sample some of their award winning beers. Tour Renishaw Hall Vineyard and try out their wine. Climb the Tower of the ‘Crooked Spire’ for a close up view of the Spire and a bird’s eye view of Chesterfield.
