About
The centre has a 25m swimming pool, indoor climbing wall, bouldering room, children's soft play, crèche and outside play area, coffee bar, two dance studios, health spa with Finnish sauna, steam, aromatherapy steam, ice bath, showers and rest area, a beauty franchise and two meeting rooms.
We also have a 150-station fitness suite with cardio, strength and functional training zones. Top of the range fitness equipment includes everything from treadmills, steppers and cross-trainers to rower's resistance machines and free weights. We’ve got a functional training zone with kit including medicine balls, BOSU and sandbags. There is also an area for stretching at the end of your workout. A large proportion of our kit – nearly 50 per cent – is also IFI accredited, so is suitable for people with a range of physical abilities.

Road Directions
From North/South Leave M1 motorway at junction 30 and take A616 (signposted Chesterfield and Worksop). At roundabout take 4th exit (A619, signposted Chesterfield). Follow road for approx 2 miles and, at roundabout take first exit (Duke Street). Follow road round sharp left hand bend and take 2nd turning on left into Barlow Road. From East Follow A617 to M1 motorway. At roundabout take 4th exit (M1 North). Leave M1 motorway at junction 30 and follow route from North/South. From West Follow A619 into Chesterfield. At traffic light controlled roundabout (Matalan) select middle lane and take 3rd exit. At traffic lights keep left and go straight on. Select right hand lane and at roundabout take 3rd exit. At next roundabout (traffic light controlled) select left lane and take 2nd exit (A617). Follow road for approx 4 miles and, at roundabout take 1st exit (M1 North). Leave M1 motorway at junction 30 and follow route from North/South.
