Get out your spending money and take a trip round Chesterfield Area, after all , spending on holiday is fun – even if you weren’t born to shop.
Chesterfield town centre has a wealth of speciality shops to tempt you. Try Bigwicks and Davidson’s Cheese Factor in Chesterfield Market Hall. Just a short walk out of town you’ll find JMJ Pottery and Northern Tea Merchants. Take a trip out to Bolsover to the Antiques Centre and near Dronfield you’ll find Medibee for the best honey you can buy.
Then there are shopping centres like the Forge at Dronfield, and the Pavements Shopping Centre and Vicar Lane outdoor shopping centre in Chesterfield. If you really were born to shop, don’t miss the East Midlands Designer Outlet just off junction 28 of the M1 and Meadowhall with its massive range of shops, eating places and multiscreen cinema just down the road in Sheffield.
