About
Chesterfield Male Voice Choir is celebrating 100 years of entertaining audiences across the United Kingdom and beyond.
The choir will be joined by Male Voice choirs from Barnburgh, South Yorkshire and Castleford, West Yorkshire bringing together at least 55 male voices under the direction of Mr Andris Ugulis. The choirs have appeared and entertained at venues such as Cardiff Arms Park, the Royal Albert Hall London and various cathedrals.
Barnburgh Male Voice Choir was founded in 1982 and Castleford is only 4 years away from its Centenary in 2026. Choir members sing for pleasure and on most occasions raise money for local charities. The concert will feature songs old and new from various notable musicals. Welsh hymns and some well-known favourites.
